My Account & My Orders

How do I place an order?
Select your size and click Add to Cart, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and complete the secure payment.
How can I check if my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your Order ID. You can use this ID to track your order anytime.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on Forgot Password on the login page and we will send you a password reset link instantly.
Can I add more products to my existing order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You can place a new order for additional items.

Shipping & Tracking

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Metros (India): 2–4 days
Rest of India: 3–5 days
International: 7–15 business days (subject to customs)
Are there any shipping charges?
Free shipping on prepaid orders within India. COD orders include a β‚Ή50 handling fee (non-refundable). International shipping charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch. Click the link to see live shipment updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, OOVIZ ships worldwide 🌍. Delivery timelines depend on location and customs. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
What if the courier can’t deliver my package?
The courier will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order returns to our warehouse. Contact us at ordersupport@ooviz.in or call +91 84484 41388 for re-shipping.
My payment was deducted but the order failed. What should I do?
Please check your bank statement first. If payment was deducted, contact your bank or email us with your transaction ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (India only), PayPal and International Cards.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the delivery date. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. International return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
Log in to your OOVIZ account β†’ My Orders β†’ Return/Exchange β†’ select item and submit reason.
What if I received a defective item?
Share clear photos or an unboxing video with ordersupport@ooviz.in. After verification, we will replace the product or issue store credit.
How are refunds issued?
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or store credit. COD refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer (COD fee is non-refundable).
Do I need to pay for exchanges?
The first exchange within India is free. International exchanges may incur shipping charges.
