By accessing or using OOVIZ.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information.
  • You agree to comply with applicable Indian laws and these Terms.
  • Users below 18 years may use OOVIZ only under parental or guardian supervision.
  • OOVIZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Description of Services

OOVIZ operates as an online fashion and lifestyle brand offering:

  • Custom-printed and ready-to-wear apparel
  • Pan-India and international order fulfillment
  • Seasonal launches, collaborations, and limited-edition collections

4. Account Registration

  • Account registration may be required to place orders or access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
  • OOVIZ may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful order and account information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website.
  • Do not upload or share illegal, infringing, or offensive content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, images, graphics, and trademarks on OOVIZ.in are the intellectual property of OOVIZ / Wasim Ishaq Shaikh. and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

User-uploaded custom designs remain the property of the user; however, by uploading, you grant OOVIZ a limited license to print and fulfill the order.

7. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery in India: 3–5 business days post dispatch.
  • Ensure correct size, color, and address before checkout.
  • Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • OOVIZ is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address submissions.

8. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments accepted via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Applicable GST and taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice; confirmed orders remain unaffected.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic delivery: 3–5 business days post dispatch.
  • International delivery: 7–15 working days, subject to customs clearance.
  • Shipping delays due to external factors are beyond our control.
  • Re-shipment costs for failed deliveries may be charged to the customer.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy.

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

11. Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • OOVIZ reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • OOVIZ is not liable for courier delays or third-party service failures.
  • Minor color or print variations do not qualify as defects.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the product.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OOVIZ, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination of Access

OOVIZ may suspend or terminate user accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Any pending obligations must be resolved prior to termination.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

16. Changes to Terms

OOVIZ may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on www.ooviz.in. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Force Majeure

OOVIZ is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All products are provided “as is”.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
  • OOVIZ is not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access beyond reasonable security measures.
