Refund & Returns Policy

Welcome to OOVIZ.in. We strive to deliver premium-quality apparel and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. By placing an order on OOVIZ.in, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
Accepted reasons for return or exchange include:
- Wrong product or size received
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Printing, stitching, or packaging defects
- Product significantly different from website description
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your OOVIZ account → My Orders → Request Return, or email us at support@ooviz.in with your Order ID and issue details.
- Once approved, our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.
- Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
- After reaching our warehouse, the item will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
- Post QC approval, the return, exchange, or refund will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the payment method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after QC approval.
- COD Orders: Refunds are not issued in cash. A store credit equal to the product value will be issued within 7 days, valid for 6 months.
- Shipping & Handling Charges: Non-refundable in all cases.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to QC approval and stock availability.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- If the requested size or design is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share a clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
6. Order Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- COD Orders: Can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
7. Return Pick-up & Timeline
After approval, our courier partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.
- If pickup fails twice, customers must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- Returns, exchanges, or credits are processed within 5–10 working days after the product is received.
