Shipping Policy

At OOVIZ, we aim to deliver your favorite styles to your doorstep quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping coverage for both domestic and international customers.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp update along with the tracking link.


2. Shipping Within India 🇮🇳

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 2–4 working days
  • Rural / Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5–7 working days
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD fee (non-refundable)

3. International Shipping 🌍

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Shipping Partners: DHL, Aramex, FedEx and other trusted international couriers
  • Customs & Duties: Any import duties, customs charges, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Tracking: All international orders include end-to-end tracking

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. OOVIZ will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


5. Undelivered / Returned Orders

If a courier is unable to deliver your order after three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

You may request re-shipment by contacting us at support@ooviz.in. Re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order by logging into your OOVIZ account under “My Orders”.


7. Delays & External Factors

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or courier network disruptions. In such cases, OOVIZ will keep you informed.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos.

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide resolution or replacement as per our return policy.
